My day-to-day combines technical judgment, delivery, and hands-on problem-solving. It usually means turning something into a sensible plan, staying flexible, and getting it launched.
Services
You've either got something to ship, or you're still working out what to build. Most projects are a mix of both.
Building
New sites, redesigns, and the work of keeping them running once they're live. The right platform depends on the project, not the other way around. WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, or a custom build, whichever fits. Increasingly that includes AI features that genuinely change how a business serves its customers.
Behind the public site sits the work that makes it useful: integrations into CRM, payments, inventory, marketing tools, and analytics. Plus bespoke tooling for the things off-the-shelf products don't cover, like dashboards, customer portals, onboarding flows, and AI agents. Performance work too, when something's slow and someone needs to figure out why.
Consulting & delivery
A second opinion on a vendor proposal, an audit of an existing platform, a clearer read on the right AI stack. Useful before committing budget, or as an ongoing sounding board once you have.
Project management, when delivery itself is what's slowing things down rather than the build. Connecting stakeholders, keeping decisions moving, holding the threads end to end. Available as a standalone engagement, or alongside building work when scope or complexity calls for it.

About
I'm based in Norway and work with clients and teams globally. My background spans development, project management, technical consulting, and team leadership across websites, bespoke tooling, integrations, ecommerce, and content-heavy platforms. I spent four years at Automattic leading delivery teams, with particular depth in WordPress and enterprise content platforms.
Every project is different, so how I plug in is too. I can come in as an advisor, lead delivery end-to-end, or get directly involved in the build, whatever the project actually needs.
I work both independently and as part of a wider team. That might mean embedding with a client or agency for the duration of a project, or bringing in trusted contractors when the scope calls for more hands.
